Water
The Lower Valley Water District (LVWD) has a successful program in the distribution and maintenance of a reliable supply of high-quality water. The water of the LVWD meets or exceeds all federal, state, and local standards and receives the highest possible "Superior" rating from the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.

Waste Water
Through the financial channels of grants and loans from various funding sources, the LVWD has been able to connect hundreds of customers to the wastewater system. With the completion of the EDAP Phase III project, approximately 19,700 residents have access to wastewater collection services.

Solid Waste
Most of our residential customers and some commercial customers take advantage of the solid waste collection reduced rates from the Lower Valley Water District. The LVWD offers 95 gallon containers to its customers.

Hook-Up Assistance & Loan Programs
The LVWD offers a variety of programs for people in need of financial assistance to connect to the water and wastewater systems.
